JOIN US: Collective Efforts

Our first project is certainly an ambitious one, but we think it necessary one. Voidwarp was created to connect the history of video games with the future of video games and video game culture. Working with industry professionals, academics and devoted fans of all sorts, we hope to create something truly unique and memorable. An integral part of Voidwarp is to implement a collaborative writing and content production process in order to establish a sustainable position in games journalism and media. We want establish a team of diverse talents, backgrounds and perspectives that will allow us to bring the knowledge and insight of an editorial publication together with the entertainment value of today’s most popular media formats.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join the collective and produce content series for Voidwarp. Whether you are a dedicated writer, sparkling personality, podcast pioneer, or you love to share your ideas through video, we are looking for creators to come together to build something new and wonderful that fills the void (see what we did there?) of meaningful and entertaining video game media.

One important thing to keep in mind is that Voidwarp will be an experiment in collaboratively made, collectively run, commercially sustainable video game journalism and media and as such may change and adapt based on the collective will of its members and interests of its readers. This is the nature of experimentation. Like anything that grown from the ground up, Voidwarp will require a healthy foundation - which is why all of our work and practices within the collective will be as transparent as possible.
